Do I need a fiscal device or an L-PFR?

No. BokaPOS is an ESIR that fiscalizes through the Tax Administration's virtual processor (V-PFR). All you need is the file-based security element the taxpayer receives from the Tax Administration for distance selling.

Who is BokaPOS for?

Web shops, SaaS and subscriptions, marketplace platforms, delivery and any distance selling where the receipt is created in a system rather than at a till. The cloud POS also covers the part of sales an operator enters by hand.

What happens when I exceed the included 600 documents?

Every additional document in that calendar month is 1 RSD. There is no block and no plan change; the amount is visible on the subscription page during the month.

What counts as a document?

Every document that receives a signed response from the Tax Administration: sale, refund, advance, proforma, training and copy. Rejected and failed attempts are not charged.

How long does the integration take?

One call issues the receipt, a second one fetches it in the format you want. With the sandbox and the examples, a typical web shop integration takes a day or two, including refund testing.

What if the Tax Administration does not answer?

Accepted Answer

The request gets an unknown-outcome status and stays visible in the journal. BokaPOS does not retry it blindly, because that could issue two receipts. Your system gets a clear status and does not show a receipt until it is confirmed.

Is BokaPOS approved by the Tax Administration?

The approval application (IB 1656, version 1.0.0) has been filed with the Tax Administration and is in progress. The sandbox is available now; production receipts are issued once approval is granted.

Where is the data stored?

In the European Union, with data strictly isolated per organization. The taxpayer's security element is encrypted in a vault and opened only for the exact business premise and purpose.
