What data this site collects

Through the contact form we collect your name, company name, e-mail address, phone (if entered), estimated receipt volume and the message text. The site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics that profiles visitors; server logs contain the IP address and technical request data for security and troubleshooting.

Data inside the BokaPOS service

When you use BokaPOS as a customer, BOKA GROUP processes your organization's fiscal data as a processor under the service agreement, and user account data (name, e-mail) as a controller. Buyer data on receipts (buyer identification) is entered under the fiscalization regulations and transmitted to the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia as part of the fiscal receipt.

Where data is stored

The service runs in the European Union. Only the data the fiscalization regulations require is transmitted to the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia. Infrastructure and e-mail delivery providers process data under our instructions and data processing agreements.

How long we keep data

Contact form enquiries are kept for at most 12 months after the last communication, unless a contractual relationship follows. Fiscal data is kept for the periods the fiscalization and accounting regulations require.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
