Terms of use

Last updated: 29 August 2026.

Scope

These terms govern the use of the bokapos.rs website and the general conditions under which BOKA GROUP DOO (BOKA GROUP) provides the BokaPOS service. The exact scope, prices and terms for each organization are set by contract or an accepted quote.

What BokaPOS is

BokaPOS is a cloud electronic receipt-issuing system (ESIR) for distance selling that fiscalizes through the virtual fiscal receipt processor of the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia. The customer provides its own security element and is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters or sends through the API.

The ESIR approval application (IB 1656) has been filed and is in progress; until approval the service is used in the sandbox environment.

Prices and billing

The monthly base is 1.600 RSD per active production security element, with 600 fiscalized documents per month included per organization and 1 RSD per document beyond that. The Advance module costs 600 RSD and the E-mail module 600 RSD per month per organization. All amounts include VAT. Billing is per calendar month, with the first partial month pro rata. The sandbox is free.

Availability and liability

BOKA GROUP strives to keep the service available at all times, but does not guarantee the availability of the Tax Administration's systems or the customer's network. A receipt is considered issued only when the Tax Administration returns a signed response; BokaPOS never shows a receipt as issued without that confirmation. The customer must check unknown outcomes in the journal before issuing again.

Intellectual property

The software, documentation and visual identity of BokaPOS are the property of BOKA GROUP. The customer receives a non-exclusive right to use the service for the duration of the subscription. Documentation published on the site may be read and shared freely without modification.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The court in Belgrade has jurisdiction over disputes.
